Stand with the Children of Resistance

The Rosenberg Fund for Children envisions a world where no child suffers alone when their family faces repression by providing for the educational and emotional needs of children whose parents have suffered because of their progressive activities. We help kids whose activist parents have been attacked for struggling to protect immigrants, combat racism and police brutality, safeguard the environment, preserve civil liberties, wage peace, and organize on behalf of workers, political prisoners, queer and trans folks, and others whose rights are under threat. We also assist youth activists targeted for their own organizing.

We seek to demonstrate to these activist families that a broad progressive community stands with them while simultaneously connecting our donors with contemporary activist movements. Our grants allow beneficiaries to attend summer camps, receive therapy, participate in sports, arts, music, dance, drama and other programs to allow these young people to heal and counteract the isolation that increases activist families’ vulnerability.
